At Ko-ken USA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return a product, please review the following policy carefully.

Return Authorization

Prior to returning any item, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from our Customer Service team. To request a return authorization, please contact us at 351-500-6638, email support@kokenusa.com or fill out our contact us form. Returns submitted without prior authorization may be refused.

 

To be eligible for return, products must be in their original packaging and meet the conditions outlined below.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Pins
  • O-rings
  • Renewal Kits
  • Worn/used tools
  • Custom parts created just for you 

Returnable items:  

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or store credit, provided that the items:

  • Are unused and in resalable condition
  • Are returned in their original packaging
  • Have received prior return authorization from Ko-ken USA

Returns may be made for an entire order or for individual line items within an order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a shipping error or product defect attributable to Ko-ken USA.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ko-ken USA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Restocking Fees

We reserve the right to charge restocking fees at our discretion. While no restocking fees will be charged for approved returns of eligible products that are unused and returned in their original packaging, B2B customers may be subject to restocking fees when returning bulk quantities of products.
