Return Policy

At Ko-ken USA, we want you to love your new tools, but if you must return them, please keep the tools in their original packaging and reach out to our customer service team at (978)455-0672 for return authorization prior to their return.   

 

Non-returnable items include: 

• Pins 

• O-rings 
• Renewal Kits 
• Worn/used tools 
• Custom parts created just for you 

 

Returnable items:  

You may return an entire order or an individual line item within an order for a full refund or credit within 30 days of purchase for items that are returnable, unused, and in their original packaging.  Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

 

Restocking charges:  

Restocking charges do not apply for returnable items that are unused and in their original packaging.
